DR. TEREZA PARONYAN

Dr. Paronyan co-founded HeXalayer as a spin off from her research at the University of Louisville. As the Chief Scientific Officer, she leads the R&D efforts of the company’s materials and battery technologies.

Prior to HeXalayer, Tereza was a senior scientist at the University of Louisville and a senior visiting scientist at Honda Research Institute where she developed various types of Graphene structures for use in the automotive industry. Her work has been published in prestigious journals such as Science, Nature Scientific Reports, and others.

Dr. Paronyan has Ph. D in Physics and a M.S. in Chemistry and has 20 years of experience in material sciences and energy materials.
